By purchasing a consulting session, applying to a program, or otherwise engaging Sascha Gorokhoff's services through this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. This business operates out of Arizona, United States, and these terms are governed by Arizona law.
Fees for consulting sessions and programs are as stated on the relevant page at the time of purchase. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By completing checkout, you authorize the charge shown at that time, and, where enabled, you authorize us to securely retain your payment method with Stripe for future related charges you separately request or approve.
Following payment, you will be directed to schedule your session using our booking calendar. Session times are subject to availability. Rescheduling and cancellation requests should be sent through our contact page as far in advance as possible.
Consulting, coaching, and advisory services provide guidance, strategy, and perspective. They are not a guarantee of any specific business, financial, athletic, or personal outcome. You remain solely responsible for decisions and actions you take following any session or program.
We treat the content of your sessions as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties, except as required by law or with your explicit consent.
Personal data collected in connection with your purchase, scheduling, and any intake forms is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use your data only for internal purposes related to delivering your engagement and never sell it.
Given the bespoke, time-limited nature of these engagements, sessions are generally non-refundable once scheduled. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis — contact us to discuss your situation.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your purchase governs that engagement.
